Shipping
We are happy to offer free standard shipping on U.S. orders of $99+
All orders under $99 will be charged a standard $7.95 flat-rate shipping fee.
- You will receive an email with the tracking when the shipping label is created.
- USPS or UPS then delivers packages within 3-5 business days.
- You are responsible for entering your correct shipping address when you place your order. - Any packages returned for incorrect addresses will be charged a flat rate of $8 for reshipping.
*Please note that delivery times could be delayed due to weather, weekend delivery, or holidays.
IMPORTANT: We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once tracking shows delivered to the proper address, there is nothing else we can do.
Returns/Exchanges
We accept returns on full-priced items for store credit ONLY. Any item marked down or bought during a promotion is FINAL SALE.
- To return or exchange, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached or they will not be eligible for return/exchange.
- Returns and exchanges will be accepted within 30 days of the original ship date. There will be no refund if returned after 30 days of the original ship date.
Once the return is accepted and processed, we will email you store credit via an e-gift card that does not expire!
We truly hope you love your merchandise. However, if unsatisfied, you can request a return by emailing gracefulpoppyboutique@gmail.com. Send your request for return or exchange, the issue, and the order number. Once approved we will email you a return label. After the return is accepted and processed, we will email you store credit via a gift card.
*Please note that we do not refund shipping charges.
Damaged Merchandise
For damaged products, you must contact gracefulpoppyboutique@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving your items.
